The Upgrade Program is designed for people ready to liberate themselves from everything holding them back, let go of who they were, and jump into the unknown. This program initiates massive change in our inner and outer world, allowing us to re-create who we are entirely.
The program consists of five individual 90min to 2h sessions, where we work to upgrade your physical body, energy body, your subconscious mind, and your mindset. Together, we release blocked emotions, transgenerational traumas, subconscious beliefs, alter egos, self-sabotaging mechanisms, and any limiting aspects of your life that are ready to be transmuted.
Ideally, sessions happen once every 7-10 days, via ZOOM or in person. These meetings will serve as the context and the container for the coaching work. But I don’t leave you hanging between sessions when we work together. Our sessions are where the bulk of our work together happens, but the space between is vital for integration. This is the life-application part (and the hard work) for real transformation and expansion.

Week 1
THE STORY
This week is all about defining the story of who you are and what you are ready to let go of. We explore together the stories and relationships that influenced your life experience the most. We define where there are any blockages, limitations, and deficiency, and explore what kind of self-protecting mechanisms you have created for yourself. We will lay the groundwork to liberate you from any limiting image of yourself that you are holding. By shifting your perceptions and learning how to look at things differently, you will explore how to free your expression, to enable you to create yourself anew.
Week 2
EMOTIONAL CLEANSE
You’ll understand exactly how invisible emotional energy can create malfunction and discomfort in your body, and attract undesirable situations and events to your life. Every unfelt, unacknowledged, and unreleased emotion gets trapped in our body, broadcasting a negative energy vibration and creating the body’s imbalances. We focus on releasing emotions trapped earlier in your life and childhood, or inherited energies passed onto you transgenerationally. You will be able to let go of these trapped emotions and release yourself from the trauma of your entire family tree.
Week 3
TUNING ENERGY BODY
You will be guided through Regressive Hypnosis and Guided Meditation, to remember and reconnect with who you truly are. This process combines Neuroscience, Psycho Sensory Techniques, and Active Imagination to reactivate in you the pure state of Awareness and different aspects of divine knowing. The process will slow down your entire nervous system, all the body’s functions, and your brainwaves, allowing you to bypass your mind and access your superconsciousness. Together, we can clear your energy body from any energetic implants and subconscious karmic contract.
Week 4
ALTER EGOS INTEGRATION
You will discover an empowering new way of understanding your multifaceted mind - and heal the many parts that make you who you are. The technique we will use comes from Internal Family Systems (IFS), a paradigm-changing model of consciousness that has been transforming psychology for decades. I will share with you insights and practices to help you recognise your own "inner family" of alter egos, and understand how each part seeks to help and protect you, even when it seems problematic. You will engage in inner dialogue to restore balance, self-love, and deepen your awareness of the higher Self, that interacts and holds every facet of your diverse consciousness.
Week 5
DELETION OF LIMITING BELIEFS
I will guide you through reprogramming your subconscious with transformational tools and techniques, to liberate you from the limitations your mind has created. You will understand why you have been suppressing yourself, and how you can finally express yourself fully. You will be shown how to step into a more authentic and powerful version of yourself and create the life you always dreamed of.
INTEGRATION

We will define who you truly are, what it is that you truly want from life, and create a practical plan to generate your core desired feelings.
