Dorota Stanczyk is a transformational artist, author of "(Re)-Create Yourself," and the creator of HSU: Human System Unprogramming, a multidimensional approach to dissolving conditioning and returning to clarity and coherence.
Her work sits at the intersection of creativity, consciousness, and human transformation, shaped by almost two decades of experience as an Executive Creative Director collaborating with global platforms such as Mindvalley, IVY, Uptime, Sensie App, or Sony. Her work bridges advanced biohacking technologies with inner mastery practices to design products, spaces and experiences that recalibrate the human system from the inside out.
As Executive Creative Director at Mindvalley for two years, Dorota led a multidisciplinary team of over 30+ filmmakers, designers, and writers, shaping innovative learning experiences and pioneering new approaches to transformation at scale.
She has collaborated with leading authors, visionaries, and influencers including Wim Hof, Jason Silva, Steven Kotler, Michael Beckwith, Neale Donald Walsch, Lisa Nichols, Jim Kwik, Russell Simmons, Nassim Haramein, Vishen Lakhiani, Gelong Tubten, Dave Asprey, Nicole Bradford, Mo Gawdat, Erick Edmeades, Srikumar Rao, Marisa Peer, and Donna Eden.
In 2019, she founded INNERART Ltd, a Transformational Arts Consultancy advising on the creation of digital products, experiences, and spaces within the wellness industry, where art, technology, and human transformation converge. Her clients include IVY, Sensie App, and Uptime, the “knowledge hacking” platform that raised $16 million in seed funding following its iOS launch.
For over six years, Dorota was the founder and creative director of MoonKava, a conceptual agency that combines digital and physical arts to conceptualise services and create innovative designs and projects. Her work included collaborations with Christian Dior, Sony, Under the Influence Magazine, 25th Street Recording, and Pinna Records. Her creative direction has been recognised through multiple awards, including Photo Awards for Creative Direction and the Oakland Independent Artist’s Award for Best Music Video.
Dorota also directed a full-length documentary on Enhanced States of Consciousness in collaboration with Mindvalley and published numerous articles on self-awareness, creativity and innovation.
In March 2022 she has published her first book “(Re)Create Yourself” by Yellow Kite | Hachette, UK. Dorota shows how we can recognise and unravel our limiting beliefs, dispel overthinking and release feelings of guilt and shame, all of which contribute to our sense of not being enough. Reading this book takes you on a journey of self-discovery, proving that with work, any trauma can be healed.
She is currently developing Innerart Homes in Bali, Indonesia, bio-intelligent living spaces intentionally designed to support mental wellbeing, regulate the nervous system, and enhance long-term vitality.
Dorota’s journey into this work began in 2014 following a profound shift in awareness through Vipassana meditation, which supported her in healing from an autoimmune condition she had experienced for over eight years. This marked a fundamental shift in her perception of reality and self. Since then, she has guided individuals worldwide through her coaching, trainings, and talks, supporting them in moving beyond conditioning and into greater clarity, freedom, and conscious creation.
