Qigong Life Force Dynamics
Understanding that the deepest layers of patterned Trauma can be held deep inside our organs, and when this is left unintegrated, it can lead to pathology of our physical, emotional, and mental bodies.
We open up to ‘Amouring’ – to being felt and connected to – from this sensitivity. Using the soft tissue of our body, through ‘Vagus Nerve’ regulation, we invite the energetic patterns held as past imprints from Traumatic events to be brought into coherency, and integrated into our present moment of openness. We are then able to regulate into a system based and balanced in harmony.
We can use these sequences to softly and deeply sink into different areas of the body with full presence. Guided by our own Felt Sense, we will touch and heal – through loving compassion – those areas that are requiring attention and connection. Trauma can be rooted in a specific event, or repeated minor events that built up a charge of energy that was held in the organs and tissues. The aim of these sequences is to open up the blocked rivers of Bio-Energy that would normally nourish our body, mind, and emotion, to bring us back to Balance and Harmony in our lives. We step into the stream of life, clear the rivers, and all manner of new life starts to flourish.
