Dorota Stanczyk creates art projects and exhibitions worldwide, in collaboration with different designers and filmmakers. She combines digital and physical arts, to conceptualise ideas and create innovative ephemeral designs. Her talent has been recognised through numerous awards, including the Photo Awards for Creative Direction, and the Oakland Independent Artist’s Award for Best Music Video. Dorota has worked with Christian Dior, Sony, Under the Influence Magazine, 25th Street Recording, Pinna Records, and others. She completed her studies at the world-renowned College of Applied Arts ESAA Duperré in Paris.

EPHEMERAL BEAUTY - CONCEPTUAL PHOTOGRAPHY
EPHEMERAL BEAUTY is all about you and your rawness, wildness, sensitivity, sensuality, vulnerability, and passion.
The collection is about the naked expression of our aliveness as human beings, that is never fully revealed. The nakedness and the innocence we know within us is filtered by thought forms, ideas, and beliefs we have accepted about ourselves, and others. The model is hidden behind an image that is projected onto her. The photograph is captured as different digital shapes, moving and transforming to represent the constant change in the perception of our inner and outer worlds, depending on the filter we project. The collection invites us to undress, unlearn, unravel, and unframe ourselves, and to be willing to explore right to the edges of our perceived limitations, where our aliveness resides, awaiting expression.
IN BETWEEN STILLNESS - PHOTOGRAPHY
Our strength doesn’t come from collecting rocks and building walls around ourselves. It comes from the ability to rise beyond these walls that limit your truest expression. Our strength comes from reuniting all the parts of ourselves and becoming a whole. The collection IN BETWEEN STILLNESS” represents the contrast between our feminine and masculine side; between our power and our sensitivity. Conditioned to act and behave as strong, independent, and unbreakable, we don’t even realise when we lose touch with our soft, sensitive, vulnerable side. We must remember that every movement requires stillness, every action requires inaction, every domination requires submission, every control requires surrender, every creation requires undoing, and every knowing requires unknowing and trust. It’s time to stop, to breathe, and restore. If you feel drained, overwhelmed, and lost, these are not signs that something must be done so much as signs that something must be received.
CHILDLIKE VIBRATIONS - PAINTINGS
The collection represents a series of intuitive paintings, expressing the playfulness and complexity of our emotions and our inner world. The paintings evoke freedom from the control and judgement we try to impose on ourselves. The imperfection in the paintings lead to somewhere unexpected, free from mistakes and faults.
CREATIVE CONCEPTUAL VIDEOS
Dorota's passion has always been to create art and conceptual movies that prioritize artistic expression, innovative storytelling, and philosophical exploration. Unlike mainstream cinema, which often aims for mass appeal, these movies delve deep into unconventional narratives, abstract concepts, and visual aesthetics. They challenge viewers to think beyond the surface, inviting them into a world where the boundaries between reality and imagination blur. These films often employ symbolism, metaphor, and visual poetry to convey complex ideas, emotions, and social commentary.
S.E.W.N. into the world
S.E.W.N. (South East West North) is an art project that explores identity, integration and the union between people and our world created by Alexandra Mory-Bejar and Dorota Stanczyk.
Crossing photography, fashion, travel and philosophy, S.E.W.N. brings people together with their surroundings, encourages exploration and drives the S.E.W.N. message "We are all part of this Planet", "We are One".
